Individual Stock Performance
- Deutsche Bank AG was the biggest gainer among the Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, with an 8.2% increase in its shares.
- Dassault Systemes SE and Billerud AB saw their shares rise by 8.0% and 7.6% respectively.
- Uniper SE and Storebrand ASA rounded out the top five gainers, with stock gains of 6.1% and 6.0% respectively.
On the other hand:
- Worldline S.A. witnessed the largest decline among the Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, with a staggering 59.2% drop in its shares.
- Nexi S.p.A. and Nokian Renkaat Oyj experienced significant drops of 13.4% and 12.5% respectively.
- Sinch AB and Ocado Group PLC were also among the top five losers, with stock declines of 11.7% and 9.4% respectively.
Currency and Commodity Performance
The pound was down 0.17% against the dollar, while the euro was down 0.06%. Brent crude oil rose 0.45% to $87.55.
Bond Yields
The yield on the 10-year gilt increased by 7.27 basis points to 4.613%, and the yield on the German 10-year bund increased by 5.670 basis points to 2.88%.
