Singer-songwriter Joe Jonas and actress Sophie Turner, best known for her role in "Game of Thrones," have recently sold their stunning Miami home for $15 million. The couple purchased the impressive 10,416-square-foot property in 2021 for $11 million and enlisted designer Sarah Ivory to help transform it into their dream residence.
Initially listed for $17 million in November 2022, the residence failed to attract buyers, prompting Jonas and Turner to reduce the price to $15.5 million in April. After some time on the market, the house has now been sold for just a slightly reduced price.
Described by David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as having a "Cali-meets-Bali vibe," the home features a unique blend of styles. Pullman further comments, "It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami, being such a vibrant city, it was a perfect fit."
The property's architectural design pays homage to Frank Lloyd Wright, with elements reminiscent of his iconic creations. Inside, the midcentury-inspired interior showcases impressive 30-foot ceilings, walls of stone and glass, as well as exquisite wood flooring.
Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted by a lush foyer adorned with tropical plants and an eye-catching floating staircase. The bright two-story living room, surrounded by glass walls, provides stunning views of the private yard. Nearby, the billiards room features an oversized fireplace and coffered wood ceiling.
The sleek, all-white kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, dual wall ovens, and a waterfall island. Perfect for entertaining guests, the home even boasts a separate staff entrance and a dual-sided, full-service bar for indoor and outdoor serving.
For ultimate relaxation and enjoyment, the property offers a state-of-the-art spa and a resort-style pool and hot tub. Additionally, a private dock spanning an impressive 94 feet provides direct bay and ocean access.
